Availability: We harvest our garlic bulbs, (by hand!) in early to mid August.  Fresh "Green Garlic" is available immediately.  Dried garlic becomes available a few weeks later.

Packaging: Garlic bulbs don't need packaging!  We bundle bulbs together and tie the stems with a natural compostable jute twine.
