We harvest and create unique garlic products such as Garlic Scape Powder (which everyone says is mighty powerful!) and Black Garlic. Yes, we also produce and sell traditional bulbs.
The original farmhouse, constructed in the 1870s, still stands on the family farm. Built with materials sourced from the land, our current renovation has revealed layers of wallpaper, original 26-inch barn boards, and sawdust insulation. This renovation is turning out to be a fascinating exploration of our family history.
Our family farm has evolved over four generatons, from an original homestead, to livestock and crops during the war and depression years, to a thriving tree nursery and now as an organic farm speclializing in Garlic.
We aim to promote and use traditional farming methods as stewards of the land. Organic farming practices, minimal mechanization, and hand planting and harvesting are how we connect the history and future of local farming.
