Garlic Scape Powder

Product Description: Garlic scape powder tastes slightly sweeter, smoother and more mild than traditional dried and fresh garlic. It's a great seasoning for fish, seafood, egg dishes, and soups.  It's amazing sprinkled on farm fresh corn on the cob and some even put it on popcorn!

Our Garlic Scape Powder is 100% organic and single ingredient.  We simply dehydrate our freshly harvested scapes, grind them into a powder, and then bottle them.  They simply don't need anything else for their tremendous flavour.

Availability: We harvest our scape in late June and make them available at farmers markets and for wholesale in early July.

Packaging: 80g glass bottles and 40g resealable packets. Our aim is to reduce unnecessary packaging; Our bottles and packets are meant to be reused to reduce waste. (for mail order delivery of 80g option it will be sent in a resealable packet due to mailing costs)
